The radio program "Marketplace," produced by American Public Media, interviewed Professor Matt Slaughter about Ben Bernanke, the chair of the Federal Reserve, and his legacy. In the story that aired October 9, Slaughter said: “One of the scholarly lessons he shared with the world during his academic work was the need for central bankers to innovate, especially in times of crises.”
